Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and intimate apparel may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and Return Authorization are included inside the box.

• 3.
  Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
